Domingo Banda is a journalist and photographer with more than 13 years of experience in local and national media. He focuses on Latin entertainment, but his work has also given him the opportunity to do photojournalism coverage of political, sports, community and social events.

In the world of public relations, he has worked with the local theater group, Grupo de Teatro Indigo, marketing and promoting all of their works. He is also the founder of this organization.

He is co-founder of Dos Caras Entertainment, an agency that works with local talent and various artistic projects. He worked for six years as Entertainment Editor at SemanaNews, the largest Spanish newspaper in the city of Houston.

His work has also been featured in other publications, such as Sucesos de Houston, Revista Más in Chicago, Estrenos in Los Angeles, Revista Expresión in southern Texas, La Prensa de San Antonio, People en Español; and on important Internet sites: HoyDallas.com and LatinGossip.com.

He has also worked as a freelance writer for other publications and was a reporter for the local television program “Area Zero.” He was part of the team of journalists that hosted the radio show “Semana Al Aire” on the local ESPN station.

As a journalist he has had the opportunity to interview prominent international personalities from the world of entertainment: Enrique Iglesias, Jennifer Lopez, Kiss, Gloria Estefan, Thalia, Paulina Rubio, George Lopez, Sofia Vergara, Eugenio Derbez, Michael Peña, Roselyn Sánchez, Marco Antonio Solís, Los Tigres del Norte, Gloria Trevi, Cristina, Aracely Arambula, Tina Knowles and the late Jenni Rivera.

As a photographer he has had the opportunity to photograph concert performances by several singers: Beyoncé, Pitbull, Enrique Iglesias, Ricky Martin, Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Gloria Estefan, Alejandro Fernandez, Thalia, Vicente Fernandez, Paulina Rubio, Joan Sebastian, Marc Anthony, Chayanne, Lila Downs, to name a few.
